Half Cover wrap - Time Out Magazine & AT&T - Sponsored by DUMBO Arts Festival

is moving.
from one old site to here, for now. I have been brainstorming on how to make this useful to me. I have been looking for a new job and I would like to have a site that I can send people to see what I do. Which can be hard. I have been a Production Manager for a long time now (ie…I fix the art departments files before we go to print or online) and so I could show you photos of stuff that I changed or stuff I have BIG RED X’s on, but that doesn’t seem to really tell you what I do.
I equate what I do with that of a house painter. The construction crew comes in and builds it up, maybe they measured a little crap on one side or maybe they forgot to plug the wood holes, or maybe the window was just not quite right and they put it in anyways. Who comes along in their trusty whites, the painters. “Make it look good”. And they do. I am the painter. And who gets the credit?
Not that I want the credit. Sometimes it would be nice if someone said thanks, but honestly I am really happy to sit in the corner and feed me projects. I also like to be part of a team, lets figure it out together. Oh your better at illustrator than me or I can fix that in Photoshop for you…etc. I like that part. Working together to put out the best possible product. Now let me tell you its not always like that, but when it is…then it feels good to get out of bed and come to work.
Today I am happy with the career I have choosen.
I did almost just buy the domain: kulathanyou.com
